2. Custom Prints (Online Orders via BayPrints)

All custom prints ordered through our website are produced to order by our professional print fulfillment partner. Because each piece is custom-manufactured, please allow additional time for production before shipping.
Production Time: Approximately 3–7 business days from order confirmation. Production times may vary depending on the print size, substrate, and current order volume.
Shipping Time: Once your print has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days within the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional time.
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Shipping Carriers: Our fulfillment partner selects the most appropriate carrier based on package size and destination. Common carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.


3. Original Artwork (Online Purchases)

Original paintings and large-format artwork require specialized handling, professional crating, and careful packaging to ensure safe transit. As a result, shipping timelines for original pieces are longer than standard print orders.
Handling and Crating: Original artwork is professionally packed and crated by hand. Please allow 5–10 business days for preparation before the piece is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Time: Depending on the size of the artwork and the destination, delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after the piece has been shipped. Large or oversized pieces may require freight shipping, which may extend delivery timelines.
Shipping Insurance: All original artwork shipped by KingHale Gallery is fully insured for the purchase value during transit. In the rare event of shipping damage, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for damage reporting procedures and timelines.
Shipping Cost: Due to the specialized nature of art shipping, costs vary based on artwork size, weight, crating requirements, and destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or quoted individually for large pieces. For artwork requiring freight shipping, we will contact you with a shipping quote before dispatching.
Custom Shipping Arrangements: If you have a preferred carrier, crating service, or delivery requirement, please contact us at support@kinghalegallery.com before or immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


4. In-Person Event Purchases (Post-Event Shipping)

For artwork purchased in person at live events such as FreedomFest, buyers may take their purchase with them at the time of sale or arrange for post-event shipping.
Buyer's Responsibility: If post-event shipping is required, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and shipping insurance. KingHale Gallery will coordinate professional packing and carrier arrangements on the buyer's behalf, but the buyer assumes full financial responsibility for transit costs and insurance coverage.
Shipping Insurance: We strongly recommend that buyers purchase full-value shipping insurance to protect their investment. KingHale Gallery is not liable for damage incurred during transit for in-person purchases shipped after the event. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.
Shipping Timeline: Post-event shipping is typically arranged within 5–10 business days following the conclusion of the event. Delivery timelines will depend on the carrier, destination, and artwork size.
Shipping Quote: We will provide a shipping quote to the buyer before dispatching. No shipment will be sent without the buyer's approval of the quoted cost.


5. Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Only: At this time, KingHale Gallery ships only within the United States (all 50 states and U.S. territories). We do not currently offer international shipping.
P.O. Boxes: Due to the size and fragile nature of artwork, we may be unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please contact us to confirm whether delivery is possible for your specific order.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. KingHale Gallery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.


6. Order Processing and Handling

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but does not guarantee acceptance. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details on order acceptance.
Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Modifications: If you need to modify your shipping address or order details, please contact us at support@kinghalegallery.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or been transferred to the carrier.


7. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
1.Check with neighbors and household members.
2.Look for a delivery notice or check any secure delivery locations at your address.
3.Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
4.If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@kinghalegallery.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photographs before opening. If the artwork inside is also damaged, please follow the damage reporting procedures in our Return and Refund Policy within 48 hours of delivery.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages: If a package is refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.


8. Delays and Force Majeure

All shipping and delivery timelines provided are estimates only. KingHale Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carrier delays or service disruptions
Weather events, natural disasters, or other acts of God
Customs processing (if applicable in the future)
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer
High-volume periods (holidays, promotional events)
Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any known delays to you promptly.
